ANTHONY F. SILIATO
Anthony F. Siliato has been practicing law for 25 years after graduating from Seton Hall University Law School. Mr. Siliato is the partner within the firm chiefly responsible for business and corporate-related immigration matters with over twenty (20) years experience in the field. Mr. Siliato is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA"), serving as a mentor in employment-related immigration matters. As past Chairman of the New Jersey Chapter of AILA, he was responsible for the organization and heading of monthly meetings of the Chapter and the dissemination of topical information relating to new developments in the law as well as changes in local filing practices (at both the Vermont Service Center and the District Office, Newark, NJ). At the request of the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education ("ICLE"), among other articles, Mr. Siliato authored chapters on H and L non-immigrant visa classifications which were included in ICLE's Immigration Primer Handbook entitled Immigration and The Employer. He has lectured extensively on business immigration issues at continuing education seminars, technology/business exhibitions and before corporate organizations. He has been quoted in business magazines, consulted by local newspapers and radio programs, and appeared on local and cable television programs relating to immigration-related legislation and other topical immigration issues.

JERARD A. GONZALEZ
Jerard A. Gonzalez is the partner chiefly responsible for the firm's immigration practice before the Immigration and Federal Courts. Mr. Gonzalez is the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Ridgefield, N.J. and was recently elected Vice Chairman of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA"). He is a former Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor. He is also a former Assistant District Counsel with the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service, Newark, NJ. As an Assistant District Counsel, Mr. Gonzalez handled asylum cases, criminal alien cases and complex cases of national security before the Executive Office For Immigration Review. In addition to his corporate immigration practice, Mr. Gonzalez' immigration practice includes providing defense in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Court, as well as providing advice on the immigration consequences of criminal pleas. In addition to handling his own criminal cases, Mr. Gonzalez has successfully worked with other defense counsel in negotiating pleas in criminal court that would permit the respective foreign national client to legally remain in the United States. Mr. Gonzalez has also successfully vacated convictions for foreign nationals who were not properly apprized of the immigration consequences of their guilty pleas. Mr. Gonzalez has lectured on the immigration consequences of criminal activities on behalf of the Federal Bar Association, the Institute for Continuing Legal Education ("ICLE") and the Bergen County Bar Association. Specifically, Mr. Gonzalez handles the following issues:
