Immigration law is an exceedingly complex area of the law and has become a specialty in and of itself. In over more than a decade of practice, our attorneys have seen and heard it all. We practice exclusively in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, with a special focus on Family Immigration, U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization, Waivers, and Detention and Deportation Defense.

We have successfully represented people before legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Justice, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Department of State, the Department of Labor, and the Motor Vehicle Commission.

Besides U.S. Citizenship, Immigration Court and Marriage/fiancé(e) cases, we have additional experience in interview representation. On top of regularly appearing on more than a weekly basis at the Newark District Office in New Jersey, our attorneys accompany clients to their citizenship and immigration service interviews at Mount Laurel, Philadelphia and New York City. We also regularly represent clients before the Immigration Courts in Newark and the Elizabeth Contract Detention Facility.
We are available to counsel clients with deferred inspection appointments at Newark Liberty International Airport, as well as those summoned to report to the local ICE field office on Frelinghuysen Avenue. Due to the way our firm is structured, we can visit and consult, on short notice, with detained inmates held at ICE holding facilities throughout New Jersey, including Delaney Hall, Bergen County Jail, Essex County Correctional Facility, Hudson County Correctional Facility and the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
