Towards the tail end of 2013, USCIS has issued three important policy memoranda that pertain to issues that affect many people. They are respectively: Policy Memorandum PM-602-0094 (Guidance to USCIS Offices on Handling Certain Family- Based Automatic Conversion and Priority Date Retention Requests Pending a Supreme Court Ruling on Mayorkas v. Cuellar de Osorio); Policy Memorandum 602-0091 (Parole of Spouses, Children and Parents of Active Duty Members of the U.S. Armed Forces, the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve, and Former Members of the U.S. Armed Forces or Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve and the Effect of Parole on Inadmissibility under Immigration and Nationality Act 212(a)(6)(A)(i); and PM 602-0093 (Adjudication of Adjustment of Status Applications for Individuals Admitted to the United States Under the Visa Waiver Program).
