EB2 Moves Forward

According to the January 2012 Visa Bulletin, the processing times for Employment Based Second Preference (or EB2) Cases has jumped dramatically from March 2008 to January 2009 for nationals of India and China. Accordingly, Indians and Chinese Beneficiaries of EB2 cases with priority dates of January 2009 or before may be eligible at this time to file for their green cards.
