If an individual is served with a Notice To Appear (NTA) in New Jersey, he/she will be summoned to appear at Immigration Court. There are two immigration courts in New Jersey. The courts fall under the jurisdiction of the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR).

The physical address of the Court in Newark is located at 970 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102 inside the Peter Rodino Federal Building. The individual courts are on the 11th Floor. There are currently six immigration judges in Newark. They are:
