Mr. Lee and Ms. Garasia were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a bit of a sticky situation with obtaining my citizenship as I wanted my husband's case to be upgraded. After many meetings with Mr. Lee, he prepped me very well for the interview and Ms. Garasia accompanied me to the interview. Even though I was not given an answer on the day of the interview, one month later I was approved and was able to attend the oath ceremony a few weeks later. I cannot thank them enough! Isabell was also a pleasure to deal with each time I phoned the office with my many questions, and I was always satisfied with her answers. Now just patiently waiting for my husbands case to be upgraded and his visa to come through, hopefully it won't take too long! Thanks again!
